Day trip Walking is, without doubt, the easiest way to keep healthy. Moving blood around the body and lightening the mind. Inspired by Phillip Pulman books here is some of the 7km walk from one end of Oxford to another. Juxon Street in the neighbourhood of Jericho like the name of the book, in the north of the city. Start at the Ashmolean Museum you are heading in the area behind following Walton street until you come to a quiet area that has some c ool cafés, Juxon St that features in the book is an interesting mix of homes from old barracks, colourful terraced houses and modern balconies. Walking past this street we can follow the sign to link with a canal towpath that takes us back to the city. Here we can stop at Gloucester Green, where there is often a street food market on the weekends. Once in the city, pick up the 'high street', not to be confused with Cornmarket St, head towards the Botanical gardens and keep walking until you reach a f
